StaffCathy Florian has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource systems. Having a double major in Human Resources and Computer Science, she has successfully married those majors in her career and worked in both HR and IT. Her experience includes Director of HRIS for PNC Bank, Director of Personal Insurance IT for Fireman’s Fund Insurance, Manager of HRIS production support at Bank of America and HRIS manager at PG&E and Chiron / Novartis Bio Pharmaceutical. She also led implementations for Enwisen and SuccessFactors software companies. Cathy has a strong technical design background and understands how to design and implement software solutions that will integrate and last. Her strong analytics provide clients with the thorough thought processes needed to avoid problems and re-design. She has implemented numerous HR systems including Resume/ Talent management, Full HR, Payroll and Benefits enterprise systems, Performance Management, HR Portals, Call Center and Learning and Development applications. Cathy strives to gain a deep understanding of the client’s current processes and what their goals are in implementing new processes and software and then searches for the right implementation solutions. Clients praise Cathy for her tenacity, patience, communication (with the client in mind), and her ability to work with both HR and the technical team bridging HR needs with technical requirements. Cathy’s expertise and background provide her the ability to apply her knowledge to new software and situations quickly and develop sound solutions. Cathy has numerous certifications in Project Management, Leadership, Communications, and Management. She also, of course, has been certified on multiple software products as part of her implementation projects. Cathy has a BS from Bowling Green State University with double majors in HR and Computer Administrative Sciences. In addition she has served on several boards and volunteers with non-profit organizations such as the March of Dimes, Young Artists Symphony Orchestra and church youth ministry. |
